Everest recruited me in 2009. This is the third mortgage company I’ve worked for, and what I appreciate most about working at Everest is how well the company is run.
There’s tremendous support from the company and from my colleagues. The team here is comprised of experienced loan officers just like me, and so there’s a lot of brainstorming on a company level – problem solving and helping each other out. We get together at least once a month for a motivational sales meeting, sharing ideas and learning from each other’s experiences.
From an administrative standpoint, there’s a solid structure in place. In order for me to excel at my job, I need to be able to rely implicitly on the entire team doing their part. Working in an office staffed with hard-working, committed people who are on top of all the details means I can focus on closing deals without having to worry about anything else.
